Hi, I'm Mary

my story

A Little About Me

I'm a licensed Texas realtor with Dalton Wade Real Estate Group, and I specialize in new construction buyer representation across Katy, Cypress, Richmond, Hockley, Fulshear, and the Greater Houston area.

Before I became a realtor, I spent more than eight years working directly on the builder side in new home sales. I've been in those sales offices, written up those contracts, and seen how the process works from the inside. That background shapes everything I do for my clients now, because I understand both sides of the transaction.

When a family walks into a model home, the builder's sales team is there to represent the builder. My job is to make sure someone is there to represent you. I help with everything from choosing the right community and reviewing contracts to walking the home during construction and making sure the final product matches what you were promised.

I'm fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and I believe every family deserves to feel confident and informed throughout the entire buying process, regardless of what language they're most comfortable in.

Real estate can feel overwhelming, especially when you're building something from the ground up. My goal is to make it feel manageable. I want you to actually enjoy the experience of buying your home, not just survive it.
