When you buy a new construction home, the builder's sales agent works for the builder. That's not a knock on them. It's just the way it works. Their job is to sell homes. My job is to look out for you.
I've spent years on the builder side, so I know how contracts are structured, where there's flexibility on upgrades and incentives, and what to look for during construction. I attend walkthroughs, review timelines, and keep an eye on quality throughout the build so you're not signing off on something you don't fully understand.
Having your own representation during a new build doesn't cost you anything extra. The builder covers my commission. But the value of having someone on your side who knows what to look for? That's hard to put a price on.

I'll set up a search based on what actually matters to you, not just beds and baths, but school zones, commute routes, neighborhood feel, and long-term value. When you find something worth pursuing, I'll help you understand the inspection, negotiate repairs, and close with confidence.
