Thinking About New Construction?
New construction is one of the paths I help families explore, alongside move-in ready resale homes and coming-soon listings. If it's the direction you're leaning, there's one thing worth knowing up front.
A lot of families don't realize they can bring their own realtor when buying from a builder, and that it doesn't cost them anything extra. The builder pays the buyer's agent commission, so you get professional representation at no additional cost to you.
Here's what that means in practice: I review your contract before you sign it. I attend construction walkthroughs with you. I track your build timeline and flag anything that looks off. And when it's time to close, I make sure everything lines up the way it should.
The builder's sales team will always be friendly and helpful. But their job is to represent the builder. My job is to represent you.
